Hawcroft and ValueSpace Collaboration

We’re pleased to share that our Managing Director, Jerry Wallace, will chair the IT and Technology session at the upcoming MIRA Conference in Johannesburg this February. Joining him will be Reijo Pold, Founder of ValueSpace, who will present on the use of satellite-based analytics in risk engineering.

Throughout the year, Hawcroft has collaborated with ValueSpace to review and analyse:

-a tailings facility with restricted access due to the conflict in Ukraine, and
-risks associated with an 80 km single-access road to a gold mine in Canada.

We are now working with ValueSpace to determine the benefits of satellite-based analysis of mine closure projects.

Integrating ValueSpace’s satellite analytics with Hawcroft’s on-the-ground expertise allows us to deliver deeper, technology-driven insights into asset risk.”
